# Alderwell Dental, Level Four asset credits

Alderwell Dental, Level Four is a fictional practice. The six-story building, fourth-floor clinical layout, cabinets, dental chairs, instruments, fixtures, site, signage and neighboring context were authored for this project. No real addresses, brands, logos or property photographs are included.

All third-party assets below are Poly Haven assets released under CC0 1.0. Their license permits commercial use and redistribution: https://polyhaven.com/license. Texture images have been recompressed to JPG or alpha PNG and limited to 2K. Colors are deliberately varied through documented material factors. Scanned plants are geometry with fixed leaves, not camera-facing sprites.

No CC BY, paid, editorial-only or restricted-redistribution assets are used. No third-party player libraries are included in the release.

The still images use the photographed HDR sky, rotated for the camera composition. The browser uses the same supplied HDR with its own lighting setup. Cycles resolves glass transmission; the plain glTF uses a transparent core-PBR fallback compatible with three.js r128.

Floors five and six and their shared rooftop plant are context, carried within the removable cutaway cap. Neighboring offices and the public streetscape are authored context. The two floors above do not add financial basis to the modeled suite.

`neighborhood-panorama.jpg` is an original fictional environment created with OpenAI built-in image generation, first used for the fourplex walkthrough. It provides distant urban context. It is not a surveyed photograph or a real address. No third-party reference image was supplied to the generator. The context bitumen uses Poly Haven asphalt_02, https://polyhaven.com/a/asphalt_02, CC0. Lightweight tree reconstruction retains the original Poly Haven island_tree_01 CC0 leaf, trunk and branch maps; branches are simplified and leaves resampled to 14,272 triangles per tree.
