All Poly Haven assets listed below are CC0 1.0 Universal. The exact source page is linked for each asset. Asset files were reused from the local Basis build library; no new network download was made for this hotel release.

- Dining Chair 02, model and embedded textures: [Poly Haven asset page](https://polyhaven.com/a/dining_chair_02), CC0 1.0 Universal. Used for lobby and reception seating.
- Modern Arm Chair 01, model and embedded textures: [Poly Haven asset page](https://polyhaven.com/a/modern_arm_chair_01), CC0 1.0 Universal. Used for lobby seating.
- Shrub 02, model and embedded textures: [Poly Haven asset page](https://polyhaven.com/a/shrub_02), CC0 1.0 Universal. Used in site planting.
- Island Tree 01, model and leaf textures: [Poly Haven asset page](https://polyhaven.com/a/island_tree_01), CC0 1.0 Universal. Used for site trees. The geometry derivative simplifies the geometry and leaf silhouettes while preserving the source asset textures.
- Brushed Concrete 03, color, normal and roughness maps: [Poly Haven asset page](https://polyhaven.com/a/brushed_concrete_03), CC0 1.0 Universal. Used for the roof finish.
- Red Brick 03, color, normal and roughness maps: [Poly Haven asset page](https://polyhaven.com/a/red_brick_03), CC0 1.0 Universal. Used for the masonry plinth.
- Concrete Floor 02, normal and roughness maps: [Poly Haven asset page](https://polyhaven.com/a/concrete_floor_02), CC0 1.0 Universal. Its local color map is not used by this build.
- White Plaster 02, color, normal and roughness maps: [Poly Haven asset page](https://polyhaven.com/a/white_plaster_02), CC0 1.0 Universal. Used for exterior stucco normal and roughness. The smooth EIFS color derivative is authored locally.
- Wood Table 001, color, normal and roughness maps: [Poly Haven asset page](https://polyhaven.com/a/wood_table_001), CC0 1.0 Universal. Used for the guest-room wood finish.
- Leafy Grass, color, normal and roughness maps: [Poly Haven asset page](https://polyhaven.com/a/leafy_grass), CC0 1.0 Universal. Used for the surrounding ground.
- Clean concrete color map: authored neutral color derivative. Used for structural concrete color.
- Kloofendal 48d partly cloudy pure sky: https://polyhaven.com/a/kloofendal_48d_partly_cloudy_puresky, CC0. Daylight HDR illumination.
- Asphalt 02: https://polyhaven.com/a/asphalt_02, CC0. Parking and street paving.
- three.js r128: [source and license](https://github.com/mrdoob/three.js/tree/r128), MIT License. Used by the local interactive player.

- Glazing roughness: authored neutral noise map, created locally for this fictional building. No third-party license applies.
- Sky panorama: 2K color derivative of Kloofendal 48d partly cloudy pure sky, CC0, https://polyhaven.com/a/kloofendal_48d_partly_cloudy_puresky. The suburban horizon is modeled with authored neighboring parcels and a treeline.
- Broadleaf planting and distant trees: authored 900-leaf geometry with Island Tree 01 photographs, CC0, https://polyhaven.com/a/island_tree_01. Each pocket has 1,800 triangles.
- Rough Linen: https://polyhaven.com/a/rough_linen, CC0. Bedding color, normal and roughness maps.
- Dirty Carpet: https://polyhaven.com/a/dirty_carpet, CC0. Removable guest-room carpet color, normal and roughness maps.

## Backdrop finishing pass

Rounded tree meshes and low-detail neighborhood forms reuse the original authored Pellbrook environment kit. Turf, verge, canopy, mulch and context PBR maps reuse the CC0 leafy_grass, wood_table_001, white_plaster_02, concrete_floor_02 and asphalt_02 assets listed above. No new third-party model is introduced.

The suburban-context panorama is a local projection derivative of the original generated Mallowfen suburban-panorama.jpg. It lowers the horizon by six degrees and compresses vertical angles by a factor of two for the locked camera. The source was generated without a real-property reference: distant deciduous treeline, muted green lawn, pale blue late-spring sky and thin clouds, no people, text, brands or landmarks. No new generation or network request was used.
