3D Visualization Artist (Blender)

Build the Blender models behind the 3D walkthroughs, where a fictional building goes up piece by piece and every component lands on its depreciation schedule as it goes in.

• Model buildings, interiors, and sites in Blender for new walkthrough property types. The library today covers a restaurant, a short-term rental, and a log cabin.
• Tie every object to a component ID and a depreciation class (5-, 7-, 15-, or 39-year) from the component list, so the model, the install order, and the schedule stay in step.
• Export classified glTF/GLB models for the web and keep them light enough to load in a browser.
• Render reviewed stills and camera footage in Cycles for the opening and closing shots.
• Author believable materials, lighting, and site context such as paving and landscaping.
• Track the license on every third-party model, texture, and HDRI, and keep the attribution each one requires.

• Strong Blender skills: modeling, PBR materials, lighting, and Cycles rendering.
• Experience exporting glTF/GLB for real-time viewing.
• An eye for architecture: buildings, interiors, and site plans that look believable.
• Organized: you work from a component list and keep every object named and mapped.
• Blender Python scripting is a plus.

Fully remote. Contractors may work from anywhere in the United States. Work is scoped per project.
