Full-time · Remote · Pennsylvania focus

Turn county and property data into qualified cost segregation candidates and clear, accurate Preliminary Benefit Estimates.

What you'll do
  • Pull and clean commercial property data from county and public sources.
  • Identify qualifying buildings by property type, basis, and acquisition history.
  • Build property-level benefit estimates that an owner can act on.
  • Verify every figure against source data before it leaves your desk.
  • Keep the pipeline organized so nothing qualified falls through.
What we're looking for
  • Strong with spreadsheets and structured data.
  • Detail-obsessed with numbers; you reconcile before you report.
  • Comfortable with public-records and county-portal research.
  • Self-directed and able to run your own queue.
  • Real estate, tax, appraisal, or finance exposure is a plus.

Cost Segregation Sales Associate

Full-time · Remote · Pennsylvania focus

Own the owner relationship from first contact to signed engagement.

What you'll do
  • Reach commercial owners by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Walk owners through their Preliminary Benefit Estimate clearly and patiently.
  • Qualify fit honestly; tell owners plainly when the benefit does not clear the bar.
  • Manage disciplined follow-up across an active pipeline.
  • Hand signed clients cleanly to fulfillment.
What we're looking for
  • Consultative B2B sales experience.
  • Comfortable explaining a financial concept simply, in plain English.
  • Organized follow-up discipline; you never let a warm lead go cold.
  • Coachable and fast.
  • Real estate or tax-adjacent background is a plus.
